IFAIR offers a platform of interdisciplinary exchange and networking for interested students of all disciplines: Amongst others, political and economic scientists, philosophers and jurists are sharing their views on our website in an Open Think Tank format. Regular panel discussions and workshops help in acquiring relevant knowledge and skills. The initiative thus supplements the scientifically oriented university studies by hands-on skills. We provide students with the opportunity to get in touch with politics and the work of political consultants – in order to gain the competences they need for the life beyond their studies.

Franglish is an English/French language exchange event taking place every week in some of the best venues across Paris, the best way to learn French. Over 30 people attend each event and it’s a good mix of ages, and your French doesn’t have to be perfect. A lot of people come who speak very little French.
Franglish is a mixer followed by a series of 15 minute 1-to-1 conversations (7 in French, 7 in English) that give you the chance to practice your conversation skills with multiple native speakers. But Franglish doesn’t just stop there. Ask around – you’ll find that many people find their friends at Franglish. It’s a great place to meet not just locals, but people from all over the world.
